CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. * Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. * No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. * A valid card on file is required to book all appointments. * Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of service booked. * If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened, or rescheduled and you will be charged full price.
